In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor to provide all construction and related services required for the installation of a sewer main and a water service on John Street from Bagot Street to Montreal Street within the City of Kingston.

The Corporation requests Bids for the following:

  1. Approximately 48 metres of sanitary
  2. Approximately 64 metres of water service 
  3. Approximately 25 cubic metres of rock excavation
  4. Approximately 127 cubic metres of earth excavation
  5. Approximately 310 square metres of asphalt pavement
  6. Approximately 16 square metres of concrete sidewalk

The lowest bid is not necessarily accepted.
