This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Utilities Kingston for prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cataraqui Bay Digester Gas Proofing System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The intent of this RFP is to engage a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the removal and reinstallation of the existing wastewater digester gas membrane system. All work shall be carried out in accordance with recognized industry standards for wastewater infrastructure, ensuring a complete, secure, and gas-tight installation suitable for digester operating conditions.
