Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Utilities Kingston (UK) seeks to retain an experienced, qualified Team to provide engineering services in support of the implementation of a new Polymer Polishing System at the Cataraqui Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant . The scope of work generally includes system design, tendering support, construction contract administration, inspection, and project closeout. The Proponent will lead the technical development of the polymer polishing solution; prepare and support a complete tender process; administer the construction contract to ensure compliance with applicable standards and legislation; and deliver inspection and commissioning oversight to bring the Polymer Polishing System into reliable, optimized service. |
