Utilities Kingston seeks to retain a consultant to assess the Dalton Ave SPS and design a new sewage forcemain. The SPS assessment will include analysis of current operating conditions and recommendations for operational improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.  The consultant will complete a hydraulic assessment and transient analysis of the SPS forcemain based on current and future loading conditions and provide recommendations to improve SPS control logic. The scope of work includes a complete design of a replacement forcemain with the final deliverable being procurement-ready construction packages.
