In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor to provide all construction and related services required for reconstruction of the watermain, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers in the City of Kingston. This includes the associated roads and sidewalks within the construction limits.

The work generally includes the following:

  1. 750 metres for sanitary

  2. 930 metres for watermain

  3. 800 metres of storm sewer

  4. 6100 square metres of asphalt pavement

  5. 2548 square meters of concrete sidewalk

  6. 1877 metres of concrete curb

The lowest bid is not necessarily accepted.
