This RFP is an invitation by Utilities Kingston to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Professional Engineering Services for Kingston 230kV Transformer Station. Utilities Kingston is undertaking the development of a new 230 kV Transformer Station (TS) to support long-term load growth, enhance system reliability, and provide additional capacity within the Kingston service area. This new station represents a major infrastructure investment and will require a coordinated approach involving system impact assessment, environmental approvals, major equipment procurement, and detailed engineering. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified engineering firm to provide comprehensive engineering and advisory services across the full lifecycle of the project as the Owner’s Engineer. |
