In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor which provides the best value for the money, to provide all construction and related services required for Water Cathodic Protection and Install of Test Stations in two different streets as follows: Gardiners Rd: from O'Connor Dr N to Cataraqui Woods Dr and Taylor-Kidd Blvd: from Gardiners Rd to Old Colony Rd.
