| Description: |
The Work consists of removing and replacing the existing pressure and temperature sensors and associated transmitters at the City Gate Gas Regulator Station. The Contractor shall isolate and disconnect the existing instruments, remove the existing sensors and transmitters, and install the new equipment. The Contractor shall also disconnect the existing field wiring and reconnect all applicable power, signal, and control wiring to the new transmitters. The Contractor shall configure, calibrate, and commission the new transmitters, including setting and verifying the required zero and span values to correspond with the specified operating ranges. The Contractor shall provide Utilities Kingston with the finalized transmitter configuration and calibration settings. Once these settings have been confirmed, Utilities Kingston will update the corresponding parameters in the programmable logic controller (PLC). The Contractor shall coordinate all work with Utilities Kingston and verify the proper operation of the newly installed sensors, transmitters, wiring, and associated signals before the equipment is returned to service.
